Buyers can withdraw from purchases, return items, or file complaints. Sellers must comply with local consumer protection rules and clearly state return policies on listing pages.

Registration is free. Allegro charges commissions (typically between ~4% and 15%) only when a sale is made. Some categories may also require listing fees.
